Fay Smith
Account Executive
Fay comes to H&J with more than 20 years experience in the marketing and design industries. She is former president of Media Design Group, and was one of its founding partners. At H&J, her responsibilities include the direction of creative, production, strategy, results analysis and long-term budget planning for H&J clients.
Fay directs account management and services for American Red Cross chapters, Leader Dogs for the Blind, and The Marrow Foundation.
Her Red Cross clients include chapters throughout the Northeast and Midwestern regions of the United States. She is in charge of New Business Development among Red Cross chapters in those regions as well.
With extensive experience in all phases of marketing, Fay has also planned and designed employee incentive plans and Quality Assurance programs for organizations as diverse as Philip Morris, Signet Bank and AMF Bakery.
