Victoria S. Lester
President
 Vicki joined Huntsinger & Jeffer in 1989, becoming Senior Vice President in 2000 and the company’s first woman President in 2002. She serves on the Huntsinger & Jeffer Board of Directors and spearheads the agency’s new business efforts. Vicki also continues to work on many of the agency's non-profit, business, travel and commercial clients.
One of Vicki’s primary areas of expertise is the integration of direct marketing with other fundraising techniques including the Internet, e-fundraising, planned giving and major gifts to maximize her clients’ ROI.
During her career Vicki has earned many prestigious awards, including:
- The Complete Marketing Campaign Awards from the American Resort Developers Association. (Their highest award in this category).
- Best in Show (real estate) from the American Marketing Association of Richmond.
- Numerous MAXI awards from the Direct Marketing Association of Washington.
She is active in several professional marketing organizations, and serves each year as a judge for the Direct Marketing Association's (DMA) Echo Awards and the National Catholic Development Conference’s (NCDC) Lumen Awards.
In the course of her career, she has served a diverse range of clients, including: Volunteers of America, American Red Cross, African Wildlife Foundation, National Association of Police Organizations, The Ocean Conservancy and dozens of others. Vicki earned her B.B.A. at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
