  • Within one year, the cost to acquire a new donor was recovered and produced a profit.

  • Donor appeals cost to raise a dollar dropped to $0.15.

  • Over five years:

    • Acquisition average gifts amounts increased from $35.56 to $57.23.

    • Donor gift amounts increased from $65.58 to $91.89.

  • Their sustainer program grew quickly and produced increasing revenues year over year at a very low cost.
